I want you to know exactly what you’re agreeing to before you purchase or participate in any service. Here’s the short version:

Coaching is not therapy and is for emotionally stable adults (18+).

Respect and confidentiality are non-negotiable.

No refunds once coaching begins.

Calls must be rescheduled in advance — no-shows are forfeited.

All materials are for your personal use only.

We use third-party tools, including Zoom, Telegram, Stripe, and similar platforms, and I’m not liable for their outages, errors, or disruptions.

Disputes must be discussed with me before going to your bank.

Some services may also be subject to additional scope, communication, confidentiality, conduct, boundary, and client responsibility policies when applicable.

1. Introduction

This Terms of Service (“Terms”) is a legal agreement between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and Dr. Taylor Burrowes (“Coach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your participation in and use of all services, programs, and digital products provided by me.

By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any of my offerings, you confirm you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Services Covered

These Terms apply to:

  • 1:1 private coaching (individual, couples, and family)
  • Mentoring
  • Relationship audits
  • Urgent consultations
  • Remote support
  • Text coaching
  • Group programs, workshops, and webinars
  • Subscription content and private community spaces
  • Digital products (e-books, guides, recordings)
  • Matchmaking services

3. Eligibility

To work with me, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Be emotionally stable enough for coaching
  • Not be in a mental health or medical crisis
  • Understand coaching is not therapy and is not a substitute for mental health treatment, legal advice, medical care, or financial guidance

4. Client Conduct

I’m committed to creating a safe, productive space. You agree to:

  • Treat me and other clients with respect and professionalism
  • Honor all confidentiality agreements
  • Be tolerant of differing opinions
  • Be coachable and willing to take action on recommendations
  • Have the emotional maturity and communication skills to navigate a professional coaching relationship and any group interactions

Violation of these expectations may result in removal without refund.

5. Scheduling, Cancellations & Expiration

  • You may reschedule calls in advance.
  • No-shows are forfeited unless I determine there was a justified emergency.
  • Coaching packages have an expiration date. Unused sessions are forfeited unless you purchase a new package; in that case, I may roll over remaining sessions into the new package’s timeframe.
  • Unused sessions do not carry forward indefinitely.

6. Payments, Refunds & Disputes

  • Payment is due in full before services begin.
  • No refunds are issued once coaching begins. If a refund is approved before coaching starts, transaction fees from payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) will be deducted.
  • Payment processors include Stripe, Memberful, PayPal, and Zelle.
  • Dispute Resolution Clause: Any payment disputes must be submitted to me in writing within 10 days of the charge. You agree not to initiate a chargeback without first allowing me an opportunity to resolve the matter directly.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, frameworks, and resources I provide are for personal use only.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or share my materials without written permission.
  • I may use anonymized, adapted client anecdotes in marketing. Testimonials grant me permission to adapt and use them in marketing materials.

8. Third-Party Tools

I use platforms such as Zoom, Telegram, Stripe, PayPal, Memberful, and Calendly to deliver services and process payments.

I’m not responsible for outages, breaches, or technical issues outside my control.

9. Disclaimers

  • Coaching is not therapy, legal advice, medical care, or financial advising.
  • Results vary depending on your effort, follow-through, and circumstances.
  • I am not liable for your actions, decisions, or outcomes as a result of coaching.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any disputes will be handled in Arizona courts.

11. Additional Agreements

By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any coaching, consulting, mentoring, text-based support, matchmaking, group, workshop, webinar, subscription, or digital service, you also agree to any service-specific scope, confidentiality, conduct, and client responsibility policies linked at checkout or provided before or during the service.

12. Correspondence & Communication

Some services may include communication by email, Telegram, text-based messaging, voice note, video call, or another agreed-upon platform.

Communication access, response expectations, and platform use vary by service and will be described on the relevant offer page, checkout page, service description, or client communication.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, messaging access is not unlimited, immediate, crisis-based, or intended for emergency support. I do not guarantee real-time responses, same-day responses, or continuous availability outside the scope of the service purchased.

Clients are responsible for using all coaching communication appropriately, respectfully, and within the intended scope of the service. I reserve the right to redirect, limit, pause, or terminate communication access if it is used outside the intended purpose of the service, becomes excessive, inappropriate, or creates a dynamic that is no longer suitable for coaching.

By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in any service, offer, subscription, consultation, coaching container, text-based support, workshop, group, digital product, or matchmaking-related service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

You also agree to any applicable service-specific scope, communication, confidentiality, conduct, client responsibility, or boundary policies when those policies are linked on a checkout page, offer page, service description, onboarding message, client communication, or otherwise provided to you in connection with the service.

If you do not agree to these Terms or any applicable service-specific policies, you should not purchase, enroll in, access, or participate in the service.
