Calls must be rescheduled in advance. No-shows may be forfeited.
Messaging access varies by service and is not unlimited, immediate, or crisis-based unless expressly stated in writing.
All materials, frameworks, teachings, recordings, written feedback, and resources are for your personal use only.
Third-party tools may be used, including Zoom, Telegram, Stripe, PayPal, Memberful, Calendly, YouTube, Substack, email platforms, and similar services. I am not responsible for their outages, errors, interruptions, breaches, or disruptions.
Payment disputes must be discussed with me before initiating a chargeback or bank dispute.
Some services may also be subject to additional scope, confidentiality, conduct, communication, matching, community, and client responsibility policies when applicable.
Please read the full Terms below. By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in any applicable service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“Client,” “Participant,” “Member,” “Subscriber,” “you,” or “your”) and Dr. Taylor Burrowes (“Consultant,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms govern your purchase, access, participation, and use of all services, consultations, mentorships, assessments, digital products, subscriptions, communities, workshops, webinars, matching-related services, and other offers provided by Dr. Taylor Burrowes.
By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in any offering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
2. Services Covered
These Terms may apply to:
Private relationship or relational consultation
Private mentorship
The Ideal Match Program™
Relationship or couples assessments
Compatibility reviews
Vetting-related support
Urgent consultations
Remote support
Text-based consultation or messaging support
Monthly mentorship or support services
Group programs, workshops, webinars, and trainings
Subscription content, including YouTube memberships, Substack, and similar platforms
Private community spaces
Digital products, including e-books, guides, worksheets, trainings, and recordings
Matching-related review, guidance, community access, or introductions
Any other personalized, educational, consultative, mentorship-based, or relational discernment services offered by Dr. Taylor Burrowes
Specific services may have additional descriptions, requirements, agreements, policies, boundaries, or terms that apply.
3. Eligibility
To purchase, enroll in, access, or participate in my services, you must:
Be 18 years of age or older.
Be able to participate responsibly.
Be able to make your own decisions.
Understand that my work is not therapy, clinical mental health care, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, crisis support, or emergency intervention.
Be willing to seek appropriate licensed, clinical, legal, medical, financial, or emergency support when needed.
By participating in my services, you confirm that you are not currently in a mental health, medical, legal, safety, or emergency crisis that requires immediate professional intervention outside the scope of consultation or mentorship.
4. Consultation Is Not Therapy
My work includes consultation, mentorship, education, relational discernment support, compatibility assessment, relationship guidance, structured decision support, and, when appropriate, matching-related review or introductions.
My services are not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, psychiatric care, medical care, crisis intervention, legal advice, financial advice, or any other regulated professional service.
Although my background includes advanced education and experience in marriage, couples, family counseling, trauma, wellness, and relational dynamics, I am not acting as your therapist, mental health provider, medical provider, attorney, financial advisor, or crisis-support provider.
No consultation, mentorship, text-based support, relationship assessment, group participation, webinar attendance, subscription, community participation, or matching-related service creates a therapist-client, doctor-patient, attorney-client, fiduciary, or clinical treatment relationship.
5. Client Conduct
I am committed to maintaining respectful, productive, and appropriate spaces for consultation, mentorship, education, assessment, and community.
You agree to:
Communicate respectfully and professionally.
Honor confidentiality expectations.
Use services within their intended scope.
Participate honestly and responsibly.
Respect boundaries around access, response times, and communication channels.
Avoid harassing, abusive, threatening, manipulative, sexually inappropriate, defamatory, discriminatory, hostile, exploitative, or boundary-violating behavior.
Violation of these expectations may result in removal, restriction, termination of access, or cancellation of services without refund.
6. Scheduling, Cancellations & Expiration
Calls, consultations, assessments, mentorship sessions, and other scheduled services must be booked and attended according to the terms of the specific service purchased.
You may reschedule calls in advance according to the applicable scheduling policy.
No-shows may be forfeited unless I determine there was a justified emergency.
Service packages, mentorship containers, consultations, and session-based offers may have expiration dates. Unused sessions do not carry forward indefinitely unless expressly agreed in writing.
If you purchase a new service or package, I may, at my discretion, allow unused sessions from a prior package to roll over into the new timeframe. This is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
7. Payments, Refunds & Disputes
Payment is due before services begin unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment processors may include Stripe, PayPal, Memberful, Zelle, or other approved payment methods.
No refunds are issued once a service has begun, unless otherwise stated in a service-specific agreement or required by applicable law.
If a refund is approved before a service begins, transaction fees charged by payment processors may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Subscription services renew according to the subscription terms presented at checkout or on the relevant platform. You are responsible for managing cancellations through the applicable platform when required.
Payment disputes must be submitted to me in writing within 10 days of the charge. You agree not to initiate a chargeback, bank dispute, or payment processor dispute without first allowing me a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter directly.
8. Correspondence & Communication
Some services may include communication by email, Telegram, text-based messaging, voice note, video call, or another agreed-upon platform.
Communication access, response expectations, platform use, and duration of support vary by service and will be described on the relevant offer page, checkout page, service description, onboarding message, agreement, or client communication.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, messaging access is not unlimited, immediate, crisis-based, or intended for emergency support.
I do not guarantee real-time responses, same-day responses, evening responses, weekend responses, or continuous availability outside the scope of the service purchased.
Clients are responsible for using all communication access appropriately, respectfully, and within the intended scope of the service.
I reserve the right to redirect, limit, pause, or terminate communication access if it is used outside the intended purpose of the service, becomes excessive or inappropriate, or creates a dynamic that is no longer suitable for consultation or mentorship.

9. Relationship Assessments, Compatibility Feedback & Decision Support
Relationship assessments, compatibility reviews, vetting-related support, dating discernment, relational consultation, and matching-related feedback are based on the information, examples, messages, history, and context you provide.
I may help you identify patterns, clarify concerns, evaluate compatibility, assess relational dynamics, recognize risk, refine your decision-making, and consider next steps.
However, I do not guarantee that any assessment will be complete, definitive, predictive, or free from missing information.
I am not responsible for facts, behaviors, motivations, risks, or circumstances that are unknown, hidden, withheld, misrepresented, incomplete, or outside the information provided.
Any feedback offered is for consultation, mentorship, education, relational discernment, assessment, or decision-support purposes only.
You remain fully responsible for your relationship decisions, communication choices, dating behavior, commitments, breakups, reconciliations, marriage decisions, business decisions, and any outcomes that follow.
10. Matching & Introductions
Any matching-related support, introductions, relational recommendations, community access, or compatibility feedback are provided for consultation, discernment, educational, and/or community purposes only.
I do not guarantee compatibility, attraction, relationship success, marriage, safety, character, integrity, future behavior, or any specific outcome with another person.
You are responsible for your own vetting, communication, safety, discernment, pacing, decisions, and relationship outcomes.
You agree to use your own judgment and take appropriate precautions when communicating with, meeting, dating, or pursuing a relationship with anyone.
Access to any matching community, introduction process, or matching-related opportunity may require consultation, review, approval, and adherence to additional community or matching guidelines.
Matching, introductions, and matching community access are not guaranteed.
11. Subscription Content, Communities, Webinars & Digital Products
Subscription content, webinars, workshops, recorded trainings, digital products, paid communities, and educational resources are provided for educational and informational purposes.
This may include content through platforms such as YouTube, Substack, Memberful, Telegram, email, website platforms, or other third-party services.
Access, billing, cancellations, renewals, and platform-specific terms may be governed by the third-party platform used to purchase or access the content.
Educational resources do not replace individualized consultation, mentorship, assessment, therapy, clinical care, legal advice, medical care, financial advice, or emergency support.
Community participation requires discretion and respect for other members. You may not share, screenshot, distribute, repeat, identify, or disclose another participant’s private information, messages, identity, story, or content outside the community context.
I reserve the right to remove, restrict, or terminate access to any group, community, subscription, webinar, or educational space if participation becomes inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, excessive, or outside the intended purpose of the space.
12. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, materials, concepts, worksheets, written feedback, methods, teachings, videos, recordings, messages, documents, assessments, and other content provided through my services are for your personal use only unless otherwise stated in writing.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, teach, sell, repurpose, share, screenshot, train others on, or create derivative works from my materials, frameworks, private feedback, or private consultation content without written permission.
This includes, but is not limited to, The Vetting System™, The Ideal Match Method™, The Alignment Map™, The Compatibility Profile™, The Vetting Filter™, trainings, documents, worksheets, written assessments, audio/video recordings, and private client communications.
13. Testimonials, Anonymized Examples & Marketing
If you voluntarily provide a testimonial, review, comment, message, or feedback about my work, you grant me permission to use, edit, excerpt, adapt, and publish that testimonial or feedback for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes unless you expressly request otherwise in writing.
I may use anonymized, adapted, or composite client examples for teaching, marketing, educational, or illustrative purposes, provided reasonable care is taken not to intentionally disclose identifying personal information.
I do not intentionally share identifying client details without permission, except as otherwise described in these Terms, my policies, or as required by law or safety concerns.
14. Third-Party Tools
I may use third-party tools and platforms to deliver services, process payments, schedule calls, host content, communicate, manage subscriptions, or operate my business.
These may include Zoom, Telegram, Stripe, PayPal, Memberful, Calendly, YouTube, Substack, email platforms, website platforms, file-sharing tools, and other similar services.
I am not responsible for outages, breaches, errors, interruptions, lost messages, failed payments, platform changes, account issues, access restrictions, technical problems, privacy practices, or security failures caused by third-party platforms.
You are responsible for reviewing and complying with any applicable third-party platform terms, privacy policies, billing requirements, cancellation processes, and account settings.
15. Disclaimers
My work is consultative, mentoring-based, educational, assessment-oriented, and/or relational guidance.
It is not therapy, clinical care, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, psychiatric treatment, crisis intervention, or emergency support.
I do not guarantee any specific outcome from consultation, mentorship, text-based support, relationship assessments, matching-related support, workshops, groups, subscriptions, webinars, digital products, educational resources, or community participation.
I do not guarantee that you will find a partner, repair a relationship, avoid heartbreak, make the “right” decision, get married, improve a relationship, receive a particular result, enter a business partnership, avoid relational risk, or experience a specific transformation.
My role is to provide consultation, education, frameworks, discernment support, pattern recognition, relational insight, compatibility assessment, and strategic guidance.
Your results depend on many factors outside my control, including your honesty, readiness, self-awareness, choices, behavior, circumstances, other people’s behavior, timing, effort, compatibility, capacity, character, and follow-through.
You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, relationships, communication, safety, commitments, and outcomes.
16. Safety, Crisis & Outside Support
My services are not appropriate for emergency, crisis, clinical, legal, medical, psychiatric, or safety situations.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health emergency, domestic violence situation, safety threat, abuse, self-harm risk, psychiatric crisis, addiction crisis, legal emergency, or any other urgent crisis, you should contact emergency services, local crisis resources, law enforcement, a licensed professional, or another appropriate support provider immediately.
You agree not to use consultation, mentorship, assessments, communities, subscriptions, educational resources, or messaging access as a substitute for therapy, emergency support, legal counsel, medical care, financial advice, or other professional services that may be appropriate for your situation.
17. Service Changes, Pauses, Refusals & Termination
I reserve the right to modify, pause, limit, decline, or terminate services if necessary due to scope concerns, client conduct, nonpayment, misuse of communication access, inappropriate expectations, lack of suitability, safety concerns, platform issues, scheduling issues, or other legitimate business or professional reasons.
If a service is paused, limited, or terminated due to client misuse, inappropriate conduct, boundary violations, nonpayment, or needs outside the scope of consultation or mentorship, refunds are not guaranteed and will be handled according to these Terms and any applicable service-specific policy.
18. Additional Agreements & Policies
Some services may be subject to additional agreements, policies, or terms.
These may include confidentiality agreements, consultation agreements, mentorship agreements, matching agreements, community guidelines, payment policies, refund policies, communication policies, or service-specific scope documents.
By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in any service, you also agree to any applicable service-specific terms, policies, agreements, or guidelines linked at checkout, listed on an offer page, included in a service description, sent in onboarding materials, or otherwise provided in connection with the service.
If you have signed a separate written agreement, that agreement may include additional or more specific terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement will generally control for that specific service.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms, my services, or your participation in any offering will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Arizona, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
20. Acknowledgment
By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in any service, offer, subscription, consultation, mentorship, assessment, text-based support, workshop, group, digital product, community, or matching-related service, you acknowledge and agree that:
You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
You understand that my services are consultative, mentoring-based, educational, assessment-oriented, and/or relational guidance services.
You understand that my services are not therapy, clinical care, crisis support, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, psychiatric care, or emergency services.
You are able to participate responsibly and seek appropriate outside support when needed.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, relationships, communication, safety, and outcomes.
You agree to use all services, communication access, materials, resources, and group/community settings respectfully and within the intended scope.
You agree to seek appropriate outside support when your needs exceed the scope of consultation, mentorship, assessment, education, or matching-related support.
You agree to these Terms, my Scope, Boundaries & Client Responsibility policy, and any applicable service-specific terms or policies provided in connection with the service.
If you do not agree to these Terms or any applicable service-specific policies, you should not purchase, enroll in, access, or participate in the service.
